The JINYOUNG TBX Technical R&D Center develops advanced technologies for turbine blades, vanes, rotors and precision-machined parts. By combining materials research, aerodynamics, CNC machining technology and digital engineering, we support higher efficiency, longer life and safer operation of power generation and industrial turbomachinery.
The Technical R&D Center is the core of JINYOUNG TBX innovation, where materials experts, design engineers and manufacturing specialists work together to turn field experience into proven engineering solutions.

Use of 3D CAD, CAE and flow / structural analysis to optimize airfoil geometry, cooling paths and stress distribution before a single chip is cut on the shop floor.
Validation & Field Feedback.
Component and rig testing, root-cause analysis and feedback from service sites are continuously fed back into design rules and manufacturing standards to improve each new generation of products.

The Technical R&D Center of JINYOUNG TBX spans materials laboratories, 3D design and simulation teams, prototype machining cells and measurement facilities. Together they support the full development cycle from concept, through testing, to production transfer.
Our role is to translate customer needs and field issues into practical engineering improvements – whether that is a new blade profile, a more durable coating, a faster machining process or a refined inspection method – and to deliver them as robust, repeatable standards for every project.
