JINYOUNG TBX operates a vertically integrated manufacturing facility in Changwon, Korea, dedicated to turbine blades, vanes, rotors and precision-machined parts. From raw material receiving to final inspection and packing, each production zone is organized to support stable quality, efficient flow and on-time delivery for power generation and aerospace customers.

Material Inbound

Incoming material inspection, cutting, pre-machining labeling and storage under controlled conditions with full traceability.
Machining
& Forming
Rough and finish machining on dedicated 3-axis, 5-axis and high-speed lines for blades, vanes, rotors and precision parts.
Special Process
& Inspection
Heat treatment, coating, deburring and CMM / airfoil inspection in controlled zones aligned with OEM and quality standards.
Final Review
& Shipping
Final visual check, preservation, packing and documentation review before shipment to global customers and OEM sites.
Facility Overview
The JINYOUNG TBX manufacturing facility is organized into dedicated zones for turbine blades, vanes, rotors, impellers and precision components. Each zone combines modern CNC equipment, material handling and in-line inspection to support repeatable production of high-value rotating parts.
5-axis and high-speed machining centers, airfoil grinding, heat treatment, coating and CMM inspection are all located within a single campus. This allows us to maintain short internal lead times, strict process control and rapid response to engineering changes or urgent customer requirements.
