Sample ''Mass Production

For each new component, we treat the first sample as the foundation for long-term series production. Our development team works with customers to agree on design targets, tolerances, inspection points and documentation, while our manufacturing engineers define stable routing, tooling and measurement plans.

During pilot runs and ramp-up, we monitor process capability and product performance closely. Lessons learned are built into standard work instructions and control plans, so that once mass production is approved, every subsequent lot meets the same level of quality and reliability ''whether parts are delivered for new-build units, retrofits or long-term spare support.
